Hi, I'm Ben ๐Ÿ‘‹

I spent years building systems at scale. AI platforms, automation workflows, and custom software for enterprise clients. I saw how technology gets overcomplicated, oversold, and disconnected from what actually drives a business forward.

So I started Good Robot Co. to bring that same leverage to local service businesses โ€” dentists, HVAC companies, salons, med spas, plumbers, chiropractors. Businesses that are great at what they do but are losing customers to slow follow-up, missed calls, and manual processes they haven't had time to fix.

My focus: understanding where you want to grow, then using the right automation to unlock that growth. That might be AI that responds to new leads within 60 seconds.
